Objective:

Week 3-4: Introduction to Microsoft Office

Creating, editing, and formatting documents

Working with tables, images, and headers/footers

Microsoft Excel:

Creating spreadsheets, entering data, and basic formulas

Formatting cells, creating charts

Microsoft PowerPoint:

Creating presentations, adding slides, text, and images

Slide transitions and animations



Week 5-6: Internet Basics


Understanding web browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

Navigating websites, searching effectively with search engines

Email basics: Creating, sending, receiving emails, managing contacts


Week 7-8: Introduction to Programming Concepts


Understanding algorithms and pseudocode

Introduction to programming languages (e.g., Python, Scratch)

Basics of programming logic: variables, data types, conditionals, loops



Week 9-10: Basic Graphics and Multimedia


Introduction to graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, GIMP)

Basic image editing: resizing, cropping, adding text

Introduction to multimedia: audio, video editing basics


Week 11-12: Project and Review


Students work on a small project that integrates skills learned throughout the course (e.g., creating a simple website, designing a presentation)
